Data Deletion

To delete your data, email privacy@keeponposting.com with the subject "Delete my data". We'll confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days.
If you sent a Direct Message to a business that uses Keep On Posting
Email privacy@keeponposting.com and include your Instagram username and the business account you messaged. We'll delete the stored copies of your messages and your username from that workspace. Messages stay in Instagram itself, which we don't control.
If your business connected its Instagram account
- In the Instagram app, go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove the app. This stops all new access right away.
- Email privacy@keeponposting.com from an address we can connect to your business and ask us to delete your Instagram data. We'll delete the stored statistics, posts information, audience totals and Direct Messages for your account.
If you're on a team that uses a workspace
You can edit or delete events, content cards and outreach entries yourself in the workspace. To remove a whole workspace, or your name from it, email privacy@keeponposting.com.
What happens next
- We confirm we got your request within 7 days.
- We delete the data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- We may ask a question to make sure the request really comes from you or the business.
