These terms apply to anyone using Keep On Posting (keeponposting.com). By using the site, you agree to them.
What Keep On Posting is
A planning tool for social media teams: content planning, a shared calendar, outreach tracking, Instagram analytics, and reading and replying to a business's Instagram Direct Messages. It's provided free of charge to the teams that use it.
Access
- Each workspace has one access code. Only share it with people on your team.
- Everyone with the code can see and change that workspace's content.
- We can change or remove a workspace's access code if it's misused.
Connecting Instagram
- Only connect an Instagram account you own or are authorized to manage.
- By connecting, the account owner lets Keep On Posting read the data described in our Privacy Policy and send replies that team members write.
- You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms. For example: reply to people only within the time Instagram allows, and don't send spam.
- The account owner can disconnect at any time from Instagram's settings.
Your responsibilities
- Use the site only for your team's legitimate work.
- Don't post anything illegal, harassing or that you don't have the right to use.
- Don't try to access workspaces that aren't yours or disrupt the site.
- You're responsible for the messages you send from a business's account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into the site. You let us store and display it only so the site can work for your team.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". Instagram features depend on Meta and can change or stop working. We aren't responsible for missed posts, lost data, or decisions made from the numbers shown, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and ending use
We may update these terms or the site. We'll update the date at the top of this page. You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
